Fast Cow Traffic

The ICE parallel parlour is specially developed for UK and Ireland. This parlour has a conventional exit but the special design makes exiting very fast. The sequence gates are lifted by compressed air and create a wide exit lane which allows the cows to exit as fast as a front exit parlour.

The cow standing area is much smaller than a front exit parlour, thus it takes up much less space and is easier to keep clean.

Each cow position includes a sequencing gate.  This ensures that cows enter the parlour in order and not missing any stalls. 

In-Parlour Feeding

In-parlour feeding is a popular option in this parlour. The mangers can be galvanised or stainless-steel and are closed by use of a manger shut off. The ICE parlour has a splash guard with gutter to create a comfortable and hygienic milking environment.

Good Access To The Udder

Structured to enable milking from behind, access to the udder is from between the cow's back legs - making milking safe, quick and comfortable. As you milk from the back, you are also ensured a good view of the udder from between the cow's back legs.  The cows stand at 90° to the operator's pit, presenting the minimum distance possible between milking points - one stop from cow to cow, thus saving time and energy during milking.

The ICE parlour is suited for MidiLine and low-line milking.
