Rotary TURN-STYLES® HBR

This integrated solution offers high throughput, optimal cow positioning, stress-free milking and maximum yield. The TURN-STYLES® HBR allows you to choose from a comprehensive range of design features and automation levels for optimal labour efficiency.

TURN-STYLES® HBR is an internal herringbone rotary available in stall sizes between 16 and 40, to suit medium and large herds. Choose from concrete or steel deck and the full range of DeLaval milking automation plus herd management options.

The sequence gate option gently guides the cows into an excellent milking position close to the milker. The feeding option means you can dispense supplementary feed in the pasture season or in a PMR feeding regime. Feed can be dispensed in a simple common ration, or with more advanced individual feeding rations using the ALPRO® herd management system.

A cow feels secure and comfortable in the TURN-STYLES® HBR because she walks into an identical individual stall each time she is milked. Efficient entry and exit areas are designed for comfortable one-direction flow to maximize throughput with few disruptions. The patented designs provide excellent cow flow and the best possible working conditions for milkers - including a comfortable milking position with easy access to the cow for teat cleaning, cluster attachment and good udder visibility.

Rotary controller RC90

Supports stop/slow down of rotary if cow has not finished milking at exit. Separates manually or semi-automatically at rotary exit without ID system. Controls feeding, turns the rotary into cleaning position and drives cow mover M forward.
