Rotary TURN-STYLES® PR2100

The PR external parallel rotary is developed for high throughputs, comfortable working conditions and quality milking.

The PR rotary gives you the choice of 3 deck options: steel, concrete and superdeck. The steel version utilises on site welded construction. The concrete platform has a unique shuttering design with ribs for reinforcement. This gives a smooth and nice finish with all the attachment points for the milking equipment ready in the design.

Under the platform you will find the proven TURN-STYLES® design with the unique conical steel rollers for almost friction free operation and extreme durability. The driveunit only needs 2 motors of 0,75kW to drive the platform up to 64 places.

There are 2 bail options. Both are low profile bails to allow faster loading and unloading of the platform. The pipebail in the PR1100 is the economical solution where you can choose Duovac or a take-off system. The cabinet bail on the PR2100 is the more sophisticated solution which allows you to have a full Herd Management system. The cabinet is designed for maximum comfort for cow and milker. The integrated cluster cleaner cabinet gives the milker easy access to the udder and a clean working environment.

Retention bars or chains are available. With this option you can decide to give a slow milking cow a second rotation or a cow that needs special attention or a check can be kept on the platform. The herd management system can decide that cows with a low yield attention stay on the platform to be checked or reattached.

With the special low tube connectors, cluster alignment is optimal while the cow has some freedom to move forward or backwards.

Efficiency, operator comfort, cow comfort, quality milking and durability have been the focus points of the developing team to design the PR2100.

The PR2100 cabinet provides the cow with a lot of space for the rear legs. The low profile makes the entry and exit faster and more comfortable. The smooth and attractive design ensures easy cleaning and maintenance.

The MP510 automation is completely integrated in the cabinet and comes pre-installed and cabled including a pneumatic quick start. This makes the installation time shorter and the factory cabling decreases the risk of cabling errors.

The milker has good visibility and access to the udder. The rumprail and breech rail provide safety for the operator and the cow. The take off point has been positioned outside to facilitate smooth take off.

The low connection point for pulsation and milk tubes provides good tube alignment during milking and excellent cluster positioning.

The upper structure is very solid and the unique comfort rail between the cows gives them extra comfort. The slope of the platform is to the outside. This is the most comfortable position for the cows during milking.
