Returns
In the event that you wish to return any items ordered from Filpumps, you must in the first instance contact Filpumps via telephone or email to be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This should then be marked clearly on the Form provided with the Filpumps delivery note.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and Filpumps are not liable to refund the cost of any return shipping.
As with “Order Cancellation”, if you wish Filpumps to arrange to collect and return a product on your behalf, a carriage and administration fee will apply, which will not exceed 35% of the product value.
Any products returned to Filpumps without an RMA number cannot be processed and therefore a refund cannot be given.
