We have been customers of Filpumps for about 12 years now and have always been very pleased with the service. However, this time, you excelled yourselves.

We would just like to thank you all for the excellent service we received yesterday after our water pump gave up the ghost. In particular, Ken, Mary, Andy and Hendrik did a great job in getting us a new pump installed by the end of the same day.
