    Description Specifications Downloads Natural product that reduces algae growth by binding excess phosphates. Binds heavy metals (such as copper and lead) and sulphide which is toxic to fish. The Phosless inserts are placed in the Biotec 18/36 filters or directly into moving water (watercourse). The bound phosphate can be disposed of as a fertiliser additive, or can be disposed of in the residual waste container. You should replace the filter inserts after 6-8 weeks.
