Filpumps can now supply a emergency dewatering kit from Lowara which is suitable for domestic and light commercial properties which are at risk of flooding. The Floodkit, contains a Lowara DOC3 drainage pump, which is made of stainless steel and with a power supply of 220-240v can deliver heads of up to seven meters. The kit also comes with a six meter long flexible hose with quick coupling to ensure fast deployment and a float switch, which once the water level has receded, stops the pump. The Floodkit comes in a plastic crate that can be used to store the kit when not in use and also as a strainer during operation if required.
