COVID-19 Message
Due to COVID-19 working restrictions the business is operating at reduced capacity with a skeleton staff across the sales and service departments, working shorter hours - Monday to Friday 10am-3pm.
During these new operating hours our sales counter will process orders for pre-arranged collections. Please phone us to place an order, at which time we can confirm availability and arrange your collection.
Online orders will also be processed, with courier delivery where required.
Our service department is providing essential breakdown cover only, for customers with no water or with sewage pumping issues (you will need to arrange the emptying and cleaning of the chamber before we can visit).
Service will be delivered as quickly as we can, dependent on the volume of callers using our reduced service. We may need to ask you to be more understanding if we cannot reach you the same day. During these uncertain times the business has no way to predict how many calls we will receive, so please bear with us and we will do our utmost to minimise any unforeseen delays.
